Are you a skilled, smart and detail-oriented individual who wants to join an emerging Managed Services team?
This team’s primary focus is to ensure a high level of customer service for incident resolution and service requests, as well as provide ongoing support, monitoring and proactive problem solving for customer SharePoint and Nintex environments. This position requires a wide range of technical skills and a familiarity with both application development and infrastructure is a plus.
As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring ticket queues, responding to customer calls, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 calls and following ITIL best practices. You will also be given many leadership opportunities to grow and shape this team, with the full backing of our management and our Tier 3 resources which includes industry leaders in SharePoint and Nintex.

Our ideal candidate has worked in support environments extensively and has experience with SharePoint applications and environments. We’d love to hear from you if you have 5 or more years experience in any combination of these skills:
