As 2022 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate our team and everything we have achieved together at Elantis over the past year. 2022 was an exciting year for our company, as we built the foundation that prepares us for the next chapter in Elantis’ story. Throughout the year, Elantis helped our customers with a variety of challenging projects related to migrations, automation solutions, and records and information management governance and operations—to name a few.
With the move to our new office in Vancouver, we are well positioned to enable future growth of our team. The larger office gives us more space to collaborate, learn, and grow together. In addition, the opening of our office in Bellevue earlier this year enables Elantis to better serve our current clients in the U.S. and grow our talent south of the border.
True to our core value of focus on people, Elantis continued to invest in our employees. We helped many team members grow their careers through training and certifications, in addition to many hours of hands-on learning. Elantis earned accolades in 2022 that demonstrate our unique culture, including: Great Place to Work® certification, Best Workplace™ for Today’s Youth, Best Workplace™ for Inclusion, and a feature in the 2023 edition of The Career Directory as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Recent Graduates.
We continued to focus on doing the right thing by finding new ways to give back to the community and support important causes. In honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we hosted an educational presentation for our team on Indigenous history and how our employees can take ongoing action in support of truth and reconciliation.
More recently, the Elantis team raised $1,925 for men’s health with a campaign for Movember. By growing moustaches and setting personal movement challenges, Elantis raised funds and awareness for men’s health issues, specifically, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.
On top of our investments in people and our community, we also continued our commitment to implement solutions that deliver results above and beyond our customers’ expectations. Elantis qualified as a ProvisionPoint Certified Partner, received the 2022 Nintex Partner Award for Business Transformation, and one of our customers received top honours as the 2022 Nintex Champion in the 2022 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards.
