Edmonton, Alberta July 15, 2019 — Elantis Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce it has been named a winner in the 2019 Nintex Partner Awards within the Customer Success category. Elantis was also named as a finalist in the Business Transformation category. This news closely follows the announcement that three Elantis’ customers were nominated for the 2019 Solution Innovation Awards.

Elantis was recognized for their proven ability to accelerate business outcomes and results using the Nintex Process Platform. They have leveraged the powerful and easy-to-use capabilities of the Nintex Platform to digitally transform operations and enhance how people work.

Proven Customer Success

Elantis has consistently demonstrated the value of Nintex solutions through increased productivity, cost reduction, and improvements in the user experience.  For example, Elantis created a customer onboarding workflow that saved Bittrex over $500,000 in reduced resourcing requirements within the first year. The automation lowered the onboarding processing time from over a week to less than two days.  The incremental revenue generated from this process improvement is in the millions due to faster onboarding, improved customer experience, increased customer retention, and increased customer engagement.

At DynaLIFE MD, Elantis created a Nintex solution that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to eliminate manual re-entry of invoices, automate payment approvals, and improve visibility and tracking. The Nintex solution reduced DynaLIFE’s invoice processing time from 7-10 days down to a few hours.

In another example, Elantis created a Nintex form and workflow to automate The Alberta Teachers’ Association’s document production processes, effectively reducing the average time to complete requests by at least 20%. The improvements in tracking revisions and approvals have saved the team an estimated 10 hours per week.
